Workshop Duration Consist of

30 Hours Async Online Learning
This includes approximately 6 hours per week of self-paced work on core frameworks, behavioral finance, and technical mastery.

12 Hours Live Zoom Workshops
This consists of 6 sessions (2 hours each) focused on expert-led case studies, live Q&A, and structured peer learning.

58 Hours In-Person Immersive
This takes place over 7 full days and includes live client practice, objection handling, and peer reviews

Grading & Assessment

The assessment model is designed for rigor throughout the journey rather than relying solely on a final exam:

  • In-Person Simulations & Role-plays: 30%
  • Individual Capstone Journal & Presentation: 25%
  • Online Learning & Knowledge Checks: 20%
  • Final Certification Exam: 15%
  • Zoom Participation: 10%

Certification Standard: Participants must achieve a minimum 100% attendance across live in-person sessions and a 80% overall blended score to be awarded the certificate.
